Return & Refund Policy

Stitch This Print That does not sell undecorated items. All items sold are custom decorated. All items custom decorated require the end user ( the purchaser) to approve a proof because production begins. In the event that a custom item is received that does not match the proof that was approved, Stitch This Print That, Inc. must be notified via email that there is a problem with the order within 5 working days of receipt of the items. Stitch This Print That, Inc. will review the discrepancy and either reprint / embroider the item(s) in question or issue a refund. All items must be returned to Stitch This Print That before a replacement is sent or a refund is made. A return authorization number will be issued. Stitch This Print That will not receive any items without a n authorization number.
